Biography - Dr. Tyffani Dent, PsyD.
Dr. Tyffani Monford Dent is a licensed psychologist. Her primary areas of interest are sexual violence prevention and intervention on the continuum, the role of intersectionality in the lives of Black and Brown girls/women, racial trauma & radical healing, social justice work within the mental health profession, and culturally informed work with those within the juvenile justice and Child Welfare systems.

Dr. Dent is the Owner of Monford Dent Consulting & Psychological Services, LLC. and the Co-Founder/Executive Director of Living At The Intersections, Inc. (LATI), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to intentionally provide space and education for and regarding Black girls/Emerging Adults and Black nonbinary youth; helping to create a world in which they can do more than exist. A world in which they can and truly LIVE and be seen as their authentic selves.
